It flies along, I left the ram at 4gb, music files are on a Qnap Nas (or could go on the internal drive, if I wanted that set up. I bought a cheap Crucial SSD 128gb to run the OS (connected it externally). Found out how to do it by trial and error, with info off t'internet (who's a clever boy, then ) so I did not find it simple at first, but practice makes almost perfek Ronnie It's a big help to set it up using monitor, mouse and keyboard and then transfer it to where it's going to live after a bit of testing. A program on the iPad lets me SSH into the Mac-mini when I want/need to. I use Google Remote Desktop to control it from an iPad (a stylus would be a great help, instead of fat fingers). I sometimes do it with Yosemite OS running LogitechMediaServer and Squeezelite (plus Lame) into a North Star Essensio dac.
